“Reserved this property initially but host contacted me a week or so before our stay was to begin and told me this property was no longer available. Host offered full refund or stay next door. I noticed from next door listing we were losing a bedroom and a second story deck which we had been very excited to use. When I pointed the loss of the bedroom and deck, Host offered to discount the stay at the property next door which was acceptable. Place was easy to get into, clean, and nicely……

“The overall stay was great. The B unit was like brand new. Lots of coffee was provided and the coffee machine was amazing. There were, however, a few things that could be improved. I wasn’t given an entry code so we had to use an app on the phone to get in every time which was annoying. Be sure to ask for a code. We only had 6 bath towels for 4 people so we had to do a load of towels every day. The laundry machines were great though. In case anyone has certain needs, here are some additional……

It had everything we needed for a wonderful and memorable getaway- an abundance of space, comfortable furniture, beautiful decor, lovely view of downtown Milan, and serenity!
