"Room was clean. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was awesome. Now I will be visiting again real soon."

"Our room was very clean and the furnishings were fine. I did not find the bed or the pillows comfortable - to me the bed felt like cardboard and the pillows were too soft. My husband thought the bed was okay. He did not like that there was no top sheet -just the blanket. The cover for the heating-cooling unit was missing. We both slept okay. The hotel was very quiet even though we were just a short distance from the lobby on the first floor. The fridge in the room was nice. The room was a little more bare bones than our usual hotels but for one night for the price and location it was quite good."

"The AC kept cutting off and we were extremely hot. We couldn't open the window became the screen was broken. The room did not have an ironing board. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I paid a few extra dollars to have the oprion to pay once i get to the resort and they charged me immediately nor did not redund the few dollars I paid extra"

"We had issues with elevator one only was working when we arrived other one quit and we had a handicapped person with us, when we spoke to front desk offered no assistance and ended up other guests at the hotel helped get her down 2 flights of stairs, I contacted corporate office and they told me to contact expedia"

"Bed was comfortable, linens clean but lighting was bad in room, dirty stains on walls, lamp shades, room was musty and dusty. The bathroom and shower had hair everywhere and did not appear to be cleaned or maintained well at all. Breakfast had an ok selection. Property appeared quite run down in general."
