“Fast and friendly”

“The lock on my door did not work and we had to wait for the nice young man to change the battery which did not work and then he had to use another piece of equipment to open the door. We were tired at the end of a long day, and this was not really what we wanted to be doing.”

“Avoid this place at all costs. Sleep in the car if you must. The front desk representative was not helpful. I did not even check into the property. He was asking me to pay again, even though I had a receipt that showed I pre-paid...and he was not asking me to pay "incidentals". He was asking for the same rate that was previously debited from my account. He claimed "it says pay at property" but would not show me where it said that. The property was dark, dirty and appeared unkept. Also, seemed……

“The WiFi did not work at all! Even though they give you a password we could never connect because it said “no internet”. The rooms are not clean at all. There were other peoples hairs on the toilet and around the base of the floor…DISGUSTING. The soap dispensers were not filled; we had to call and they never came: they said to text with any issues and they never returned the texts. The breakfast is nothing to stay for. They need to update the hotel.”

“Very nice room however hotel is not well maintained as far as cleaning”

“Way too many issues, remote control couldn't lower the volume, front desk clerk was as helpful as he could be BUT please make sure everything works before putting customer in a room. Light between beds waa broken or bad bulb. Walls very thin neighbor had their tv on ALL NIGHT into the morning. Bed, pillows and towels were the softest. Property could definitely use a gut job & complete remodel.”

“It's better then some but it's ghetto as hell”

“Bathroom needed some work on floor tile and bathroom door could not shut. Also leg broken on coffee table. Needs some TLC. Tv needed to be fixed. Walls in living room needs some repairs we”

“Clean Room”

“The breakfast is amazing the staff is amazing, especially the manager, Teresa. Clean rooms, and just all around amazing”

“Room was musty. We got in late and went right to bed. Woke up to terribly dirty sheets. Son slept on the pull out couch and when we got the sheets out of the drawer they were dirty also. Complained and they gave us a new room. Pool was very small and outdated. Breakfast was ok. Glad they got donuts from Sam’s Club. Waffle maker worked but syrup was not great.”

“The check in was fast. The room was clean. My only complaint was breakfast was only served from 7am-9am . Not a big selection.”

“Only stayed one night but it was very clean and quiet. Close to restaurants and stores.”
