The only issue we had was that despite reserving a king bed ten months earlier when we arrived they told us we had to have two queens. No other offer of upgrade, refund or explanation was given. Arriving on the day and expecting your choice of room is foolish, but ten months in advance should be enough to reserve a room for a night……
