“Never came to clean room in 4 days. Pool was closed. Had to go downstairs and ask for more toilet paper. Only 2 towels in room.”

“I specifically looked for a clean hotel with a pool and a good breakfast included. All my son asked for was a pool to swim in... well, their pool was closed and according to the front desk, had been for a while. The breakfast was fine.”

“2nd time we've stayed here. Always felt safe, staff is great, rooms are clean, breakfast always great, and we will always stay at this hotel when we go to Helen.”

“Not handicap friendly in any way. 2 handicap parking spots for entire property. 1at resort and one at golf area. One at resort taken up alot iof time by valet staff with cars with no placard or license plate. Lots of hills, steps. They charge extra $35 per day to use "amenities" which are down hills, steps and poorly maintained. View is beautiful but everything else needs work.”

“OMG please someone tell me how this was the highest rate location in Helen? The front desk was micro and the room had a huge hole in the ceiling. Breakfast was questionable at best. The hallways smelled like pee. There were people banging on our door at 2am like swat and screaming. We feared moving from the bed because of this. Worse part is we were in eyesight of the front desk and no one did anything. The shower ceiling and walls had mold on them. It was only a room for one night but……
