“I didn’t have hot water when I woke up Sunday morning, I went immediately downstairs to the front desk, and I was told that the whole building was without hot water, I told them that that was the only reason why I stayed there, that I could have slept in my camper and I wanted my money back, I was told that they did not give refunds, I asked to talk to the general manager, but he never gave me a call back, I don’t know if they just shut the hot water off to save themselves money now that the gas……

“During our stay no one cleaned our room and we had to call the front desk for new towels everyday. The breakfast is subpar and ants were seen near the food. The breakfast is all cold items but there is microwaveable sandwiches. The suite we booked is nothing like what the picture shows. The picture they use for the suite is either A.I, fake, or some other place. The suite bathroom was very small and had no counterspace at all. Only one person could fit in the restroom at a time. The place……
