"There was a missprint between the Hotels.com booking and the resort so when I checked in the rooms did not have the multiple beds that I needed. The hotel staff was accommodating and switched us into a property that had enough beds for our party."

"Overall good hotel to stay in if you want to save some money and be 30 minutes from Helen GA (if you're planning a trip there). My room did not come with a bottle of body wash so bring your own, but it did come with shampoo and conditioner bottles. Towels are dirty, but just ask the front desk for new ones. The room in general is clean."

"Room smelled and looked clean. Only disadvantage was sounds being heard through the walls and hearing traffic. Breakfast sometimes ran out if you don't go early enough. Hot water and staff was friendly"
