"Room was clean and neat. Staff were awesome. Breakfast, though included, was horrible. Sat and Sunday were ok. Eggs, waffle, fruit (consist of a banana, bread for toasting, 2 juices to choose from and stale cereal - this was weekend only. Weekdays was cereal, waffle toast, juice. Coffee was available for all days. I was truly disappointed."

This is the first time we stayed here and loved the chill river area in the evenings, great field to walk the fur baby and a super easy walk to downtown. The front staff were amazing. "Can't really say enough nice about the hotel. The staff was awesome, it was clean. Everything but the beds were perfect, and in a hotel.... I can't complain about the beds really. The pillows were even great. I'm so spoiled by my mattress at home, the bar is too high for a hotel to meet. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Helen."
