I stayed for one night, and practically nothing in the room worked except for the key card. The shower head was broken, the curtain rod was falling down, the sink faucet was broken, and the bathroom light didn’t work. On top of that, only one main light in the room functioned. It was an awful room experience. The only positive part of my entire stay was the staff—they were genuinely friendly and helpful. Other than customer service, everything else was terrible.

The only reason to stay here is the access to Empower stadium. The rooms are dirty. Nothing is maintained well. Even the lobby didn’t have air.

The location was great and very easy to get to downtown. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It is a budget motel so it is old and the room we were in needs a makeover but it did the job. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Like that it was 5 minutes to the stadium. Rest of the room was horrible.bathroom sink faucet came off, the fan ceiling was hanging from the ceiling. Beds were uncomfortable. AC unit was covered with dirt. Bedding wasn’t very clean.lamps didn’t work. You get what you paid for. Stay far away from this place. Not worth even one night!!

Unfortunately we won't be returning to this hotel. They didn't clean our rooms they have no trash cans for our trash no phones to call recepción they have a swimming pool is closed. They mentioned breakfast and all they had was toast and coffee. Poor customer service.
