We welcome you to our breathtaking location where you can enjoy our 2-bed/2-bath gulf front end unit condo located on Crystal Beach in a a private/gated community. Amenities include a daily beach chair set-up (2 beach chairs & 1 beach umbrella), large pool, hot tub, private beach, gas BBQ grills, boardwalk showers & bathroom. This Crystal Beach resort is located on the West end of Scenic Highway 98 which has minimal traffic and plenty of essential attractions within walking distance. This ground floor luxury is just steps to the gulf with sweeping 180-degree views of the gulf through the large windows. No stairs to climb or elevators to wait on! Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered patio or bask in the sunsets to the west.



The open floor plan is inviting for entertaining throughout the living room, dining room & kitchen with large windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room features a large flat screen TV with a comfy sofa and (2) chairs, where you can snuggle up with some popcorn to enjoy movies or play games. Freshly painted with high end finishes, new furnishings and artworks throughout. The master suite has a king bed, full bath with a jetted tub, flat screen TV, and sitting area. The newly furnished guest bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom. The hall bunkbeds and queen sofa sleeper offer more slumber options for your party.



The Scenic 98 bike path stretches along the scenic beach road from Crystal Beach to the Sandestin outlet mall, Bike Rentals, a Coffee Shop, Camille’s Sushi Bar and fine dining are across the street. A variety of grocery stores, shopping malls, movie theaters and bowling alleys all only blocks away from this Crystal Beach resort complex.

Perfect location

We enjoyed this condo. We love being on the first floor, and this condo still has a great view of the ocean. The beach was so close and it’s an easy walk! It’s also close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of seating for our group of six.

Phenomenal property

We absolutely loved our stay. Property was very well taken care of, tastefully decorated and perfect location. We would walk over to Camilles for breakfast and once for sushi. Walked to 790 on Gulf for brunch. I would highly encourage others to stay here!

Property was pretty much as pictured and described. First floor end unit was great. Right at the beach. Very short walk to the beach. The location of Emerald Green was perfect. Not alot of traffic, car or foot. Very peaceful area. Short drives to restaurants and other activities. Will rent again.

Picture perfect!

This property worked out great for 4 adults and 2 teens. Condo itself is well kept & clean! It was a bonus to find folding chairs, beach mat, boogie boards & pool tools, thank you! The views are picture prefect and so convenient being on ground level. Absolutely loved it! I would definitely recommend this property. Kuddos to the management company also for responding quickly on all communication.

Beautiful Emerald Dunes!

Thank you for another wonderful stay in Destin. We really love "our" beach home-away-from-home. iTrip does a magnificent job of managing communication and in providing a clean, well-thought-out collection of ammenities. I noticed that from our last stay in 2019, several updates had been made in regard to dishes, cookware, silverware, towels, household supplies, outdoor furniture, and so on -- ALL were noticed, enjoyed, and appreciated. We love your little home, and are so thankful that it's available for us to have a turn every once in a while. God bless you!

Amazing unit

This unit was absolutely beautiful. You are literally steps from the beach, the views of the water are amazing, and the unit is very clean. We had 3 kids and 2 adults, so 2 bedrooms with the bunk beds in the hallway worked out perfectly for us. We wouldn't have been able to stay here without the bunk beds. There were plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs left in the unit, which was a pleasant surprise because those things are not listed in the unit description online. We utilized those every day and were thankful to have them. Being on the ground level and having a grassy area for our kids to play in was also a huge bonus we didn't expect. When we were just hanging out in the unit taking a break from the beach the kids would run around or just sit outside and play. We also had a few maintenance issues that they responded to and resolved right away. If we come back to Destin we would absolutely stay here. 10/10!! staying in this unit. It is a 10/10.

We just arrived home from our stay in Destin at Emerald Dunes 101, I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. The unit was beautiful, clean, comfortable with THE most amazing view. The view and location were incredible. To have a 1st floor walk out to the Gulf was so convenient and allowed us to truly enjoy our beach vacation. I have never stayed anywhere that felt like home (with a much better view) it was so cozy and comfortable. My family of 5 loved the space…my twin girls absolutely loved their bunk nook. All my kids enjoyed the closet of sand toys and boogie boards. The grounds were very well taken care of, lovely pool and hot tub which were never too busy. We loved the private beach with daily chair and umbrella set-up. Also everyone we encountered from the building management company, to grounds maintenance to beach attendants were SO friendly and helpful. We will be back and I would recommend this condo to anyone! We did not want to leave.

Overall we had a good experience. Our only issue was with thermostat setting not being allowed below 70, however; they did provide a portable air unit for the master bedroom. This helped for sleeping but was still uncomfortable for my husband's respiratory issues.

Our little gem!

This was our 2nd stay here. We will definitely be back. It is the perfect size for our family. Love the accessibility on the ground floor to the beach, pool, and grassy area. My only wish was a better stocked kitchen, but that will not hold us back from returning again next year!
