Newly renovated 2018 and perfectly furnished it boasts that ideal beachy ambience that you are looking for! The view from our private balcony is one of the highest and best views in Florida, you can see miles and miles of the gulf and shoreline! We offer 1 private master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bath. There is a set of twin bunk-beds recessed into the wall off the hallway. Each bunk has electrical and USB port outlets at the head of the bed with a place to store other belongings. These bunk beds are furnished with memory foam mattresses, they are surprisingly very comfortable! Kids and adults love them, especially since there are curtains you can close for privacy and darkness. The spacious open concept kitchen and living area is tastefully appointed with a rustic dining table with chairs and a bench seat that seats 6. There are 4 adjustable barstools at the island bar. Relax on our comfortable white leather sofa while you watch a movie or listen to music on our 65" HD Smart TV. The living room transforms into a bedroom at night when you pull down the murphy bed and open the sofa sleeper, both beds have memory foam mattresses. There is a 2nd full private guest bath. Not only is the 2002 PH the nicest unit in the building we also offer top of the line amenities. During your stay with us, you will also enjoy 4 pools (heated in the winter), jacuzzi, baby pool, beach access with beach chair rentals, kayak rentals, paddle board rentals, Tikki bar, cafe, arcade, gym, sauna, gas grill BBQ pits, free parking and 24/7 front desk!
