PRIVATE BEACHFRONT RESORT- Pelican Beach is a wonderful resort with MORE amenities than any other high rise in Destin. 20th/Penthouse floor, NON-SMOKING, two bedroom, two bath condominium with MAGNIFICENT VIEWS of the Gulf of Mexico and our condo has amazing views of 'NIGHT LIGHTS' of Destin.

Conveniently situated in the Heart of Destin across street from the BIG KAHUNA Water Park. SECURITY GUARD at entrance, COVERED parking, two tennis courts, movie rentals, game room, DELI with gift shop. Enjoy the TIKI bar overlooking the beach and the INDOOR/OUTDOOR heated pool with waterfall. Work-out in on site EXCERCISE room. Enjoy a glass of wine in the HOT TUB or relax on the large sun deck. Pelican Beach is the perfect family 'Destin-ation.' Theme parks, numerous golf courses, excellent restaurants, and shopping are all just minutes away. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet is only seven miles east, Destin Commons shopping mall which has a huge movie complex is at the corner of Mid-Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. DEEP SEA FISHING and Sunset Cruises is just down the street. Take a ride down 30A for wonderful sight seeing.

We take pride in keeping the condo well maintained and updated. NEW granite, cabinets, vanities, screen doors, mattress pads, sleeper sofa, frig, MW, dishwasher, a new 65 inch 4K smart TV in living room. This tastefully decorated and comfortable condominium has a PRIVATE BALCONY to enjoy those wonderful Florida sunrises or enjoy afternoon shade after coming off the beach. Spend your vacation with us, and you will come back again! The living room has a convertible sofa that makes a queen size bed. We have 3 LCD TVs & WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET access. FULL STOCKED kitchen and an in unit WASHER/DRYER.

Great condo in a great location
The property was clean, nice, roomy and located RIGHT on the beach. We didn't get a chance to try all the amenities but the pool and hottub were great, the beach was clean and the shops in the condo looked nice. Parking is super closed, covered and easy to get to.

Great location
We were located on the 20th floor and the view was incredible. The weather that weekend was less than desirable but we watched the waves crash in to the shore and took a few walks along the beach. As for the accommdations, they couldn't have been better. The unit was clean and comfortable, had plenty of dishes, etc. stocked in the kitchen, ample towels. Would definately stay again and refer my friends/family.

Great location with beautiful view of the ocean
My son’s baseball team comes down to Ft.Walton every year for baseball during Spring Break. We have never been to Destin so we decided to stay here this time, and it did not disappoint! This condo was perfect, and exactly as listed. The best part was the view! The weather never seems to corporate while we are down during this week but being able to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean makes up for it. An added bonus was all the dolphins we saw. Will definitely book again if available!

This place was amazing and access to the beach was really great! The indoor pool was nice we didn’t get a chance to swim in the outdoor because it was a little cold. The property managers/owners are really responsive to our needs and helped us out by letting us check in early because we had a kid that wasn’t feeling well, but definitely do it again. Can’t wait to go back!

The unit had a beautiful view and lots of amenities. The property owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The resort has awesome swimming pools, and it’s located close to lots of restaurants. This was my children’s first time at the beach, and we’ll remember it forever!

Really loved the condo, very clean and multiple elevators so not waiting long time to get up to the condo or back down to the main floor Even the condo is perfect, the beach access not so much. You are very limited on space on the beach, I felt like tons of people in a small select area for the beach. We made the decision to go to the state park the next day and it was much better
