Nice place with plenty of spaces
Really enjoyed the stay. Richard was very helpful. Answered our questions in a timely fashion. The unit is very spacious. Really like the big space of the kitchen and the living room. Sleeps 6 people very comfortably. The area is really quiet at night. Small distance to walk to the beach. The unit have everything you need.

Great spot for family baseball trip!
Everything was easy, clean accessible and the layout was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the rooms are spacious, the a/c is strong, the location is great.... what more could you want?! We will def stay again when we're back for baseball!

Missouri Anniversary couple
We were very impressed with our condo and pricing of our unit. It was very spacious and offered all of the amenities of home. The beach wax a short 4-5 minute walk and three seafood restaurants were a very short walk away too. We very much enjoyed our stay and it was a great way to celebrate our 38 years of marriage. Richard the property manager is the best!

Enjoyed our stay!
Unit was clean and decorated nicely with a well equipped kitchen. The only thing missing was a pod coffee maker so I bought one and left it for others to use. Took us a minute to figure out how to work the shower but we got it. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the private beach. Richard was very helpful. We were very relaxed after our stay. Wish we stayed longer. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay close 5 min walk to the beach. Restaurants are close by. Had tons of kids at the pool to play with our kids. My son enjoyed the play ground.

The condo was very nice and close to the beach. However, our stay was ruined by bad weather all week and we were unable to cancel with any hope of refund until after we could see the weather forecast. Also, we were unfortunate enough to have neighbors above us that stomped around loudly and continuously until extremely late, and we felt we had no recourse.

Absolutely wonderful!
A beautiful condo a short walk from the beach. Clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make check in easy. A month here wasn't long enough! Hope to be back soon!

Location was great, not along walk to beach. Pool was nice alittle cold for being heated
Overall it was great, only thing we had problems with was the people upstairs had 2 small children that they allowed to run,jump bounce a ball all over the condo which was very annoying, spoke with her about the kids but it didn't matter spent all week banging on ceiling.

Comfortable unit
Unit was clean, beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect! Our only complaint about this unit is there is no one monitoring the pool area during the day or evening hours. When we were there, there was a large group of friends/family traveling together that blasted their music constantly, smoked constantly in the pool area, as well as enjoyed their beer, wine, etc from glass bottles - some while in the pool - not just at the tables surrounding the pool. Not exactly the family atmosphere we were looking for. For this reason alone, we probably wouldn’t stay here again. We visit Destin every summer with our grandkids and never had this problem before. Again, the unit itself was great!

Very nice place to stay...Would have liked a little less wall to beach but it wasnt as bad as some that we seen. Manager (Richard) was awesome and wanted to make the stay as pleasant as he could! Great guy working having to do.more than he should with people not wanting to work..he does a great job! Would stay here again in a heartbeat♡
