It offers all the amenities you need for a perfect getaway in a cozy setting! The cottage is nestled in the picturesque Crystal Beach area of Destin along Scenic 98. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and a quick 5-minute drive to shopping and activities. Beats staying in a stuffy hotel room!

Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent.
No pets allowed, no exceptions.

*Maximum occupancy is 4 guests (including children/babies). This is a fire code regulation and cannot be exceeded.

Thank you for looking at our beach cottage, located just steps from the beach. Upon entering, you'll find an inviting open-concept living, sleeping, and dining area. The space features a queen bed, twin bunk beds, a cozy sitting area, and a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances and cookware. The bathroom is separate, complete with a stand-up shower, vanity with mirror, and all necessary amenities. Large sliding glass doors open to a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the view. The community pool is just a short walk away, and the cottage is surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful flowering plants, making it an ideal getaway for a cozy beach retreat.

Please note that over time, certain items may be upgraded and replaced for the better, so the decor, rugs and lighting may differ from what is depicted in the pictures. This cottage sleeps 4, regardless of age.

The Area:
Nantucket Rainbow Cottages is situated in Crystal Beach, Destin, FL, one of the most desirable vacation spots in Destin, renowned for its emerald waters and fishing opportunities. Crystal Beach offers stunning white sand and crystal-clear waters, making it one of the most picturesque beaches in the United States. The cottage is located at the intersection of Crystal Beach Dr and Scenic 98, an area that feels like stepping into a magazine. Enjoy leisurely strolls or bike rides along Scenic 98, relax at the beach, or swim in the community pool. Grocery stores (Publix & Whole Foods), Destin Commons, restaurants, and activities are all within a mile, while Silver Sands Premium Outlet and Destin Harbor (Harbor Walk Village) are just 5 miles away. This cottage boasts a truly perfect location.

We adhere strictly to cleaning and sanitation procedures in line with CDC recommendations.

This cottage is not baby or toddler-proof. We provide outlet covers and cabinet locks for your convenience. The property includes stairs, and doors can be secured away from them. Guest are not allowed to remove or cover ring camera.

Please be advised that only emergency maintenance requests will be addressed if the unit is occupied. Minor issues will be resolved between guest check-outs to minimize contamination risks.

Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Most guests do check out on time, but my cleaner also works for others and typically gets to my place around 1 PM. She needs adequate time to clean thoroughly. I completely understand that everyone hopes to check in early, I do too, even as an owner. However, I can’t rush my cleaner. Please understand that check-in remains at 4 PM. If the place happens to be ready earlier, you’re absolutely welcome to check in then.
