“My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! ”

“这家蒙巴萨临海的酒店是朋友推荐我们来的，确实不错，服务很热情友好，离海边超级近，整个度假村很大很方便，各项设施很全面，潜店就在海边，浮潜体验很好，船上服务人员很不错，我的手机丢在餐厅幸好有工作人员帮我保存，总之是个不错的地方。”

“住過最爛的飯店，更別說是五星級飯店，服務差到不行尤其是飯店櫃枱，不知是國情文化關係或是艾美酒店的管理因素，飯店人員素質很差，對應是超差。 預定二人房一大床，入住時確認卻回要看我們有什麼房型剩下，那請問我們預定的用意在 ? 二人房才提供1瓶水，而且是3個晚上才1瓶。 毛巾是髒的，總評超級超級無敵爛。”

“是在埃及期间住到的最满意的酒店 房间很大 阳台很舒服 浴室都隔成三个隔间 洗漱用品也非常齐全 最关键的是酒店有好多游泳池 自己就有海滩 不出酒店就能直接浮潜 潜水 环境也特别好 适合全家一起旅游！就是离市场稍微有点远 但是离机场近！总之 再去沙姆沙伊赫 还是会选择这家酒店 性价比超高！”
