"The hotel has a lot of construction still, the exchange rate was wrong, they charged me more than what expedia said on the site. They didnt have food available for us at 4pm. There was a weird smell coming out of the bathroom, room had a lot of bugs. The bed was confortable and the shower was nice. Breakfast was not fresh neither on time when we requested it. Hotel has a nice view of the montains. Wifi was terrible. "

"We stayed at Casa Semuc for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the room and bathroom very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had secure parking for our motorcycle. The wifi worked well in the reception area. It is close to the plaza and restaurants and grocery/convenience stores. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom/shower. "La Cupula is de dependance van het Hotel. Dat ligt vlak aan de drukke doorgaande weg. Achter het restaurant ligt op een veel rustiger plek ook een deel van het hotel. Daar zijn prachtige ruime kamers. We betaalden daarom iets meer. Het personeel us zeer voorkomend en service-gericht. Het eten in het restaurant erg goed."
