“1. No shampoo, only a soap. No warm water to take a shower. Hair dryer is broken. 2. Breakfast only provides 3 kind breads, 2 kind fruits, 1 sausage, ham, cheese, coffee, orange juice, and some tea bags, that's all. 3. I arrived at 3am, and I ask the staff in the reception desk: could I check out at 6pm? The staff said ok. After the breakfast, another staff ask me to check out before 1pm. If I wanted to stay until 6 pm, she would charge the fee for another day.”
