“The Room had a old A/C unit that never worked, after 2 days of asking reception to have it fixed that was ignored, I asked to be moved to a different room. ordering room service via the app just gets ignored and after going down in person to order room service they apologized and said it would be in my room in 20mins but still never turned up, staff where rude at the reception apart from 1 new starter.”

“Upon arrival our room was not ready, it was until after 4pm for us to check in. Then we realize the room had insects and no WIFI, so we asked to switch for another room. It was difficult to communicate with the manager because he is not in the building. The second room was much better, very spacious with good wifi. Anyways, overall we enjoy our stay for 4 days. The hotel is central location, near the shopping mall, fish market, etc.”
