"This hotel is in a perfect location directly on the sea shore. That is only good thing I can say. We arrived at 14.30 and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive on reception to be told the room was not ready and to go away for an hour. When we returned we were showed our room on the ground floor which we booked as a family room with a sea view and it looked at the carpark. "We had an excellent time at the farm. The farm was quite new and very clean, the right size for young kids to roam around and watch the animals. You can smell the rosemary and lavender from the garden. The breakfast is fresh and tasty and the people who serve us are very warm. The estate guard dog Kony is super friendly and my kids loved playing with her. The Arcadia is a mountainous area which is very different from other more popular Greek destinations. They were not a lot of choices...

"The accomodation initially had lost my booking, but managed to find me a room. It was quite noisy with school groups staying and in the room next door. It does seem to be an ongoing thing so perhaps request a room away from school groups when maling a booking. The room itself was nice and no doubt more spacious than the single room I had booked. Breakfast was nice. No onsite parking. There is street parking but it is extremely busy. Had to wait until quite late to get my car bacn close on the second night. "
