“Hotel is beautiful! Staff were extremely warm and helpful. We went to spend time with family and see the Eclipse. They were willing to prepare a brown bag lunch/dinner for us to see this event. Another awesome advantage was its location 2 blocks from great restaurants/cafes and shops. Highly recommend.”

“The AC could have been lower and the pool had no towels.”

“Disliked being able to see into the bathroom when lights were on. Glass doors very flimsy. Half board evening meal poor choice and meat inedible. Breakfast fine. Receptionist and staff very good. Poor value for price.”

“The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the old part of Ovideo, as well as other gastronomic areas. It's a 2 minute walk to the Parque de San Francisco, which is a lovely way to spend the morning. The lobby is great for having a drink before exploring the city center.”

“Good location for walking to restaurants and jumping on the freeway to get to other cities. Staff was very helpful. Place was clean but needs some upgrades for the price. Wall paper is literally peeling off the walls in rooms and the glassed in atrium that appears to have been 4 different reflection pools needs to be cleaned and filled with plants or removed all together. It’s the first thing you see when you jump on the glassed in elevator. The spa was dirty and a real disappointment. We booked……

“Die Lage ist fantastisch, wunderschön gelegen am Fluss mit vielen lauschigen Nischen zum Relaxen. Wir hatten ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer im Haupthaus mit Balkon, doch es gab leider nur einen großen Nachteil: Es stank die ganze Zeit nach Abwasser, da direkt neben dem Haus das Abwasser in den Fluß geleitet wird. Außerdem ist das Haupthaus sehr hellhörig und man hört jeden Schritt und jedes Geräusch vom Zimner darüber. Ansonsten eine tolle Anlage und sehr empfehlenswert.”

“Mi tercera visita a Euroestar Palacio de cristal en Oviedo pero esta vez vi mucho deterioro en el Edificio ,Al momento del desayuno la cafetera nos proporciono café frio teniamos q calentarlo en el Microwave no creo haver tenido el servicio por todo lo que pagamos por noche ,El staff muy bueno”

“The property lacks kitchen equipment needed if you intend to do more than the most basic cooking. No grater, no peeler, no colander or large sieve, no kettle, no oven gloves and only one small tea towel - only one dishwasher tablet supplied and no washing detergent and no drying rack so either you use the machine drying function or you don’t wash your clothes. It’s modern, reasonably comfortable and well located very close the centre of town on a nice street. Not having a dedicated parking space……

“Fast alles hervorragend, besonders das Frühstück und die Sauberkeit! Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Kooperation mit dem Parkhaus klappt auch perfekt. Nur zwei kleine Punkte haben etwas gestört: 1. Zimmer sehr klein und ein Eck ins Zimmer, so dass man nur schwer beim Bett vorbeikommt 2. Die Dusche/Badewannenarmatur hat beim ausschalten den Kopf gewaschen”
