“This hotel has so much potential. It's a one-stop shop for family gatherings and entertainment. The price was a decent value for the money, and it was conveniently located. Our bed was comfortable, but the good stops there. Now for the opportunities. The staff that checked us in was not welcoming at all. She was extremely slow checking us in, and she told us absolutely nothing about the property. When we opened the door to our room, it was evident that the furniture and unit were sorely……

“Cabin 1 has a few broken blinds, there's a few ants but it's tolerable. There wasn't enough towels. Just enough for 2 ppl and we had 6 total. ( lucky we brought own towels ). Overall good location to Indiana beach park and nice neighbors.”

“When I Was Sleeping I woke Up This Morning With Bed Bug Bites On My Face Arm And Fingers. I Cannot Recommend This Place To Anybody. The Place Was Very Clean. That Was last thing I Was Expecting To Happen To Me At This Motel. I Am Very Disappointed And Angry That This Had to Happened To Me On A One Night stay.”

“When we arrived everything’s good and that night the toilet was backing up I called Amy to tell her about then the shower had sewer coming out of it we could not use the bathroom until a plumber arrived was very inconvenience, but she did get it repaired and offered to refund my whole stay other than that everything was great”

“I have travelled throughout the US and this inn was the BEST I have encountered. The breakfasts were spectacular - cream cheese, apple brioche French toast was one of my favorites! The rooms and gardens also amazing but the real difference was the hospitality given by Leslie! You will not find a better place and you will be longing to go back when you leave!!”

“The room was very clean, staff was very nice. Parking was pretty easy to find. The pool was out of service. The continental breakfast was great. I would stay here again and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable good hotel. Heads up there is no elevator, but the stairs aren’t bad. And it’s only 2 levels tall.”

“I rented 2 Hotel rooms based off the pictures provided. I choose Hotels over Motels for more security for my mom (78). We were booked into a run down motel off the hotel property. This is a golfer’s delight, as when the rounds were over, the party was in the parking lot, on both sides of us. Grills, corn hole, music, fireworks and 20+ drunk men celebrating their weekend…very late into the night. Which is cool, if that’s what I had booked. This place is gross. No phone to contact front desk, no……

“Cabin was very clean, perfect for us. Pool, hot tub and deck were all great. Property management is very helpful. We will definitely be back. The parking is very limited but we had no problem either day we were there.”

“I had reservations for this property well in advance of when I needed to stay. I tried for two days to get a hold of whoever I needed to get a hold of to see if I could have my boyfriend check in instead of me since he would be there earlier. Once I finally got a hold of someone, at the property, they didn’t have me down for a reservation. I kept getting emails and phone calls from a company called evolve and it appears to be some sort of scam that I was wasting my time with trying to figure……

“Rm 7 at Alexander landing is great. It was clean with everything you need. It has great outdoor space and a hot tub. October is perfect because we had the pace to ourselves. The only negative was the manager/ cleaning lady. Hot tub was supposed to be open but she rudely told us it wouldn’t be open for another half hour. We were preapproved for a late check out and she rudely told us we couldn’t have a late checkout. Just needs some training on how to kindly apologize when things are not as they……

“This cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway. The host, Ed, was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful—he provided drinking water, butter, milk, and a few other staples, and even surprised us with a delicious carrot cake.It’s an ideal spot to relax with someone you love—whether you’re playing games, grilling, or simply enjoying the peaceful river just steps from the cabin. The hot tub was especially enjoyable at night and made the experience even more special.We’re already planning another trip……
