"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"Personnel très accueil au téléphone, aucun problème la dessus. Malheureusement, l'hôtel est très mal insonorisé phonétiquement mais thermique également. Les radiateurs doivent être bloqués car malgré la hausse de température demandé il faisait très froid dans la chambre. La porte fermée à clé laissait passée beaucoup d'air froid!!! "Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4\*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"Nous sommes venus mon conjoint et ma fille de 7ans pour passer une semaine dans cette jolie maisonnette et nous avons eté très enjoués par l’endroit! Felicity est une hote très attentionnée et chaleureuse☺️ La maison est idéalement placée pour visiter la region, et proche des commerces ! Elle se trouve cachée au fond d’un magnifique petit jardin on se sent dans un cocon de verdure tres calme! La maison etait tres propre et fonctionnelle et nous y avons tres bien dormis! Merci encore Felicity...

"What an amazing stay. Christope and Patrick were so warm and kind. Hugo the dog is absolutely beautiful and also a wonderful host - The best boi ever. They have renovated the château beautifully. Everything is perfection - they have wonderful taste. They have thought of so many little touches to make your stay absolutely wonderful. The food there is top notch, and great drinks list that is well priced. I can not wait to go back. Do yourself a favour and book it. "

"We just stayed one night and it was in a great location. It was right across from the medieval fortress. My room was very nice and clean. I had some trouble with the heat and patio door, but the receptionist attended to the matter immediately and solved the issue. We enjoyed the lounge area to meet with family and enjoyed cocktails and a snack. There didn’t seem like too many guests were in the hotel as we had the lounge to ourselves which was nice and almost private. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection for each of us all served at our table. The only disappointment was that my boiled egg was not cooked to my liking. I had asked for it to be well done and it was cooked soft. Other than that, everything was good. We didn’t use the facilities other than the lounge as we were only there for the night. It was a very pleasant experience to spend reuniting with family and would recommend this hotel if you want to see the medieval town. Great location! "

"The room was very large which was great, but a tad worn. the decor was fun. The night desk staff person was very welcoming and a delight. There is a lovely cat outside. Parking onsite was convenient and the walkable location to La Cite was perfect!"
