“The staff are very courteous and friendly, the room is very clean!”

“The hotel is located at an excellent location, with fantastic views of the Taal Lake and the volcano. The food in the restaurant is great, and the service is generally very good. The nearby area also has many nice places to eat, but they mostly require a little bit of walk. Due to the much cooler weather up there than that in Manila, people flock into the area for the weekends, but that also means the pool may be a bit too cold to enjoy a swim… Overall, I would say it was a very nice stay……

“We were booked initially in a nice and new room. Unfortunately, there was no water in the bathroom, hence, we were transferred to another available bigger room with 2 beds good for 4 persons, but not as nice as our initial booked room. The bathroom is quite old and needs improvement. Overall, the price is reasonable for our a night stay and accessible to Tagaytay sites.”
