“Rooms & all furniture in the bathrooms & bedroom needs to be really updated. The curtains in the windows needs to be replaced too, and all the beddings at the same time. I never saw any of the staff caring cleaning detergent to clean .
the staffs are friendly. The yard is nice well maintained and the beach is only few minutes away .”

“Ya valoré en su dia este hotel. Es un hotel pésimo con una suciedad terrible (manchas en las sabanas colchones sucios, cortinas manchadas y rotas...etc) de lo cual tenemos fotos de todo, ademas de que está muy mal gestionado. Necesitan con urgencia capacitacion de todo el personal. Por no aceptar pago con tarjeta porque la señora gerente no la daba la gana, nos hicieron pagar una parte en efectivo, quedandonos sin dinero para nuestras vacaciones. ”

“I found the staff to be friendly and the room to be fairly clean, but it smelled mildewy. The resort itself is in a state of disrepair with a dirty elevator, doors in the halls covered in stains and dirt. The breakfast was hit and miss, some of it was good some of it was really inedible. The pool is also in a state disrepair as are some of the ocean facing chairs. “This place is a true gem, from the staff to the food to the rooms. It is outstanding. I would caveat that it’s not for everyone, there are limited options of food, there’s no room service, and some of the staff returns home every night.
If you’re expecting a 24 seven full attention luxury resort this is not the place if he wants somewhere that is of exceptional quality with a lot of space for yourself and a bit more relaxed this is great.
