"This hotel and its staff were amazing during our stay. The accommodations are spacious and clean with staff coming into tidy up twice daily. The Lobby bar staff were great as well especially Isaiahs who remembered our names as well what we drank the day before. I especially loved loved the porter Oscar who is so amiable, just the sweetest man ever. I appreciate the birthday wishes and birthday champagne. There is truly nothing i could complain about. Thanks to the whole Ritz-Carlton staff for an amazing stay"

"The location of the property is extremely convenient if you need to be close to the airport. The shuttle service to and from the airport is a definite plus. The food was pretty tasty. Had an early flight before the official breakfast time, so they prepared a to-go breakfast for me. This hotel is close to the airport. Don't expect any supermarkets or shops in the vicinity. The hotel has a vending machine thst sells bottled water at a reasonable price. The place was very clean. My room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. I'm a solo female traveler and felt safe in my room and lobby etc. I spent just one night and had no reason to venture off the property."
