“TBH the location and staff is amazing. The biggest problem is the property itself. I am not a difficult person, I can tolerate broken fan, terrible WiFi, falling curtains (which all happened within 10 mins of my arrival, now I look back it might be a sign) because the staff tried their best to help with these issues. What I cannot tolerate is in the middle of my shower, the tab went broken and the water went boiling hot and burned me terribly. I have to wait for the help with soap all over me,...

“Extremely disappointed, ruined what was meant to be a special event for my mother 90 years old. The room was in choking state of poor cleanliness. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, walls , sink and even on the Courtain and the balcony area. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable to be in. The breakfast was terrible, completely greasy and unappealing. “Very friendly staff. Free parking available for guests. We gave up a day of cleaning for free beer. the bar is well stacked and the breakfast is both buffet and made to order (free for Inn guests).”

“The hotel and the owners were superb. We were on second floor which meant quite a few stairs to climb but the owners moved us down a floor the day after arrival to a much larger room with a lovely sea view and of course fewer stairs. The breakfast were first class. My husbands full English was “the best” he said and my fresh fruit was delicious with so many different varieties of fruit you couldn’t count them. Nothing was too much trouble for owners and they were so welcoming and delightful....
