“All of our cash was stolen from our room the day after we got there. Staff literally searched through all of our bags. Front desk staff and management couldn't have cared less, gave us the runaround for days before finally agreeing to refund us. Here we are, a month after our vacation, and we have not been refunded. Unacceptable for how expensive this resort is. Also had multiple large, venomous spiders in our room.”

“Absolutely beautiful. Lots of onsite activities and it was really easy to plan excursions and trips into the more populated areas. The only thing that needs improvement was the food. Sabernero Steakhouse was delicious but all of the other food was extremely low quality for the price. Definitely expected way better for a resort of that caliber.
