Loved it! Big, clean, and new! Check in was great and manager was very helpful. Great kitchen that had everything needed. Very convenient location that had a great view.

Wonderful front desk staff and beautiful place

The hotel was conveniently located in the old town. The rooms and facilities are modern, considering it was an old building. It had a rooftop garden that had a great view of the Venetian port, especially at night.

I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The decor in my room was spectacular. The bed was the most comfortable I have had. The staff was friendly, charming and professional. This is my number one so far halfway into my trip. This will be in my plans for a return visit.

The rooftop decks were not usable due to the heat. The views were not very good. The service was outstanding

This is an excellent hotel located within walking distance of city center. We had a party of three, so we received a two room suite, which was excellent. The breakfast was great - had plenty of choices. The suite had a balcony which was a nice place to relax in the morning or evening. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

The best check-in experience ever. Don't hesitate, the cost of this hotel is worth every single penny. The staff is not only polite, but incredibly helpful. From the moment we stepped out of our cab plenty of staff were available, at our service, and already taking our bags before stepping foot into the property. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. I regret not taking advantage of the spa. 10/10!

We had an early flight prior to the breakfast hours the following morning, however the staff kindly offered to provide a boxed meal for us to take to the airport. The host was incredible and very friendly. In addition to making us feel right at home, she was full of wonderful suggestions about how to explore Chania and the western side of Crete. The hotel is an old Venetian home that has been turned into 5 suites. The rooms were spacious while preserving the Venetian charm of the building. We could not have been happier with our stay at Antica Dimora! The only negative we have is that we wish we stayed longer. Beautifully restored & preserved Venetian Palace! Nice loft with high ceiling situated right by the port and the business district with many waterfront restaurants and shopping stores. It is also very close to the main bus station to Agios Nikolaos/Heraklion. The check-in process was very smooth and easy.
