“Big rats all over the place. Charged for refill coffee at breakfast. The breakfast had old and cold eggs every morning. Place needs maintenance really bad. ”

“Great location connected to major mall SM Lanang, near to everything including a Catholic church. Service was very prompt, friendly and great. Coffee shop served good eats at reasonable prices. Swimming pool on second floor good for a dip and some exercise. Cleanliness topnotch! Not luxurious but good for seeing Davao City. Rooms quite basic, no pillow choices or bathrobes. Enough electrical outlets for gadgets.”
