“En las habitaciones hay que mejorar y evolucionar en todo, el personal es su principal valor hay que apoyarlo por qué no pueden hacer milagros, la comida es lo más desesperante ya que todos los días es lo mismo y en el área del bar es la peor comida del mundo, solo hamburguesas y hotdogs terribles ”

“Booked 2 separate nights as an overlay. First room, found hair on a pillow. Second night, found hair and Biscuit crumbs on the table. The shower had only 1 door, instead of 2 which first room had 2. So after shower the toilet bowl and floor was wet. Only give it an ok due to the proximity to the airport as an overnight quick stay.”

“Very clean and comfortable room. Helpful and sincere staff. Very close to airport. Highly recommended”

“Great hotel, lovely staff. Dinner buffet not the greatest but overall lovely property and great location.”

“The Staff were welcoming and ready to help any time. The room was clean and they left the guest to choose whether his room to be cleaned. Breakfast was generous with wide variety of food. Manal on the front desk was super helpful. They Gym and swimming pool were clean and the staff accommodating. Being Expedia member, I was upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival, and given the discount as advertised. On my departure, I was given a voucher to get discounts in Millennium hotels worldwide.”

“The hotel's location and internal condition is good, in particular its prime location next to Dubai Mall.”

“The environment is very nice and the services were great. Everyone we meet is very friendly. We tried the beach house, breakfast and also the in room dining, food is excellent. The hotel also offers shuttle bus to the mall, very convenience. ”
