"Eincheckzeiten zu kundenunfreundlich!!! Obwohl zum 3\. Mal im Hotel - immer vom Golfhotel Balmer See kommend - konnten wir nicht vor 15 Uhr einchecken. Es wurde auch kein Versuch unternommen, einmal beim Housekeeping anzurufen. Das nächste Jahr werden wir dann gleich am Balmer See bleiben, um keinen Tag zu verlieren. "

"The only comment is regarding the breakfast buffet. We were staying over Palm Sunday weekend and kids were on spring break - so the hotel was full of families with children. The buffet was always crowded. The first few days we went late to avoid the rush, but found out most of the items were not being replenished and those that were available had been picked over. Forget about waiting in line for a cooked egg or omelet. They only have one cook station and the line would stretch back into the other self serve sections. If I did stay there again I would not select the included breakfast rate and use the difference in money to go to a nearby cafe."

"Great location. Staff was great and very knowledgeable of the area. The food inside th e restaurant and outside restaurant was good. It great to see taxis available for your service if needed."

"Room was very noisy to outside traffic, shower door needed refitting as it swings open whilst showering. Bathroom radiator broken. No air-conditioning so window needed to be left open during the day to keep ambient temperature. Came home absolutely shattered. Beds were comfy and room clean. Traffic noise was mainly trams which run from 4am until 1am daily."
