“My experience at the hotel was mixed. Upon arrival, the receptionist’s lukewarm attitude and lack of enthusiasm did not create a welcoming first impression. The interaction felt unnecessarily uncomfortable and somewhat unprofessional. After informing her that I was checking in, she asked what time I had booked the hotel. I found the question unnecessary, especially since the reservation details were already available in the system. I had to search through my phone to retrieve the information,……

“Room was clean and had a good time”

“I didn't have an issue with this property per say, I had an issue with the room we received. So the units are individually managed by different vendors or agents. Our room was clean but the shower was broken, there was mold on the wall, the AC worked. The wifi did not work. The room was also very small. I would say this room is for solo travelers versus a couple. It was just challenging it get in touch with the host. The wifi not working made even communication exhausting. Thankful for the……

“Beautiful, tranquil, well-serviced hotel in a convenient location. It was like an oasis to come home to after a long day of meetings. ”

Just a couple of minor points that may be worth looking into: the air conditioning in our room felt slightly stuffy at times, and the 2 treadmills in the gym were noisy with a lot of friction, particularly around the running belt making it unusable.
