“The hotel itself was beautiful and the breakfast was pretty good. I have no bad things to say about the physical hotel and location. However the people working there were extremely rude and passive aggressive and really put a damper on the whole stay. When we asked for anything we were met with eye rolls and bad attitudes and at times even just ignored. We asked the front desk about dinner spots in the hotel our first night and where they are located/what kind of food. One lady started to help……

“Amazing staff, views and convenience. Particular room we stayed in was beautiful and clean. Wifi at the property was very fast and extended across the entire property without any drops. The food was decent, personally believe the property could introduce more local dishes to the menu. Overall was a great experience and definitely would recommend to others.”

“Coyaba Resort is located on the best part of Grenada beach in comparison to the other resorts. The beach is nice, clean, not overcrowded and the sea water is refreshing. The Spice Mall has a bank, pharmacy, supermarket, food eateries, stores, etc. There is also a KFC, other banks nearby. The public transportation are all nearby with a 2-5 minute walk at $5 Grenada dollars round trip to the town. However for tours I suggest a local taxi. The location, resort ambiance, and staff are worth the……

“The Cinnamon Suites view is amazing. The location is quiet and the beach is walking distance. They have a shuttle that can take you to Spiceland Mall which is also waking distance. The staff is also very nice”

If you are light sleeper, the crickets chirping might be a problem keeping you up. The restaurants offered a variety of foods, friuts, and greens for all nationalities to find something to eat. The resort had two large pools with an infinity view overseeing the ocean. They offered a few activities but we didn't participate because we……

“That hill to walk off premises is a killer. I suggest an electric golf cart of sorts with staff to ferry guests up and down the hill to be a good idea. Otherwise everything was fine. Good value for the money I spent and time of the year (Spicemas).”

“The place is a junk not even worth staying there. The host Sharon act like she care but once I saw the place and realized nothing looked like what was see on expedia. she became a different person. I told her we could not stay there. Expedia have the property listed 4 minutes walk to the beach the only way to get to any beach was by taking a taxi. The pool look dirty and it’s like go in at your own risk. The place had a tv as small as an IPad. The bathroom look worst than a public restroom.……
