The breakfast scene felt particularly off, with guests in pajamas and even putting their feet on chairs, which really lowered the overall experience. Keep your expectations low especially if you are coming from the US. "

"Room was always cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was so tasty with so many options in Indian, Asian and European dishes. My favorite was the spa with India treat massage and foot massage. I enjoyed my chai and chilli cheese toast at Mister Chai cafe!! So nice and comfortable rooms with comfortable beds and showers!"

"I stayed at Hotel Aloft for one night. The front desk staff were very good and cooperative, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. However, the TV in the room did not have enough entertainment options, which was a bit disappointing after a long day of travel. In addition, in-room service was quite slow and took a long time to deliver the items I ordered. Overall, a decent short stay thanks to the helpful staff, but the hotel definitely needs to improve its in-room entertainment and speed of service."
