It's a more modern building and does not have a great deal of character, but this is a very minor point compared to all of the other positives. "The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, however the apartment was dirty (big time) we had no space on the bedrooms at all bathrooms were all black (really dark) appliances are old and dirty. You have no view of nothing all the buildings around the apartment are old and smelly."

"The amdar is in a quiet place in eilat town. But you can walk 8 minutes and get to any part in the center or beach. Very convinient. there is a big supermarket very close by, 100 meters. We could see it from the window. The service is very quick and efficiant. They waited for us until 10 pm for the check in. All in all recomended."
