They are wonderful so helpful and prompt.
They are kind fast and always helpful for anything you need. Will plan to come back because of them.
The staff in the restaurant downstairs this wonderful Lady at the breakfast shift (so sorry I forgot her name) was extremely welcoming.
Although there weren't many she went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely meal and advice for my visiting sites.
Service was great.
All the pool staff was lovely and made me feel at home.

"I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Amman and would gladly return. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s warm hospitality and professional service. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers a great balance of comfort and luxury. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a plush bed, modern amenities, and a panoramic view of Amman’s skyline. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the workspace made it easy to catch up on business tasks.
One of the highlights was the well-equipped fitness center and spa, along with the heated outdoor pool—a rare and welcome find in the city.
