“Stayed there for 2 nights. Booked approx 2 months before but when we arrived they had no details of our booking so we were forced to wait for nearly an hour til the staff were able to contact the manager. Noise from other guests was a problem both nights. Due to very noisy music in the hotel car park we were unable to sleep and we were forced to ring noise control. Noise stopped 20 mins later. Meals in the restaurant were good value, we ate there both nights.”
