“酒店的一切都很棒。周边环境很特别，酒店内部的装饰风格我很喜欢。整个酒店也让人仿佛穿越回20世纪初。工作人员热情，酒店的餐厅也不错。”

“Apartamento muy pequeño para 4 personas. Posterior a patio pequeño. Por lo demás bien”

“Hôtel situé à 2 pas du centre ville avec un SPA modeste en taille mais moderne et très bien équipé. Il n’y a pas de prestation de soin. Le salon, le bar et le restaurant sont aussi décorés avec goût, l’ambiance est agréable (peu de monde lors de notre séjour) et la carte est classique. Le personnel est serviable et à l’écoute que ce soit dans le lobby, le bar, le restaurant ou ailleurs dans l’hôtel. N’avons pas pris la prestation petit déjeuner. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien……

“We arrived at 5pm, there were no staff at reception, we finally managed to contact a young lady who after booking us in told us there were no dining facilities. The kitchen had been out of commission for weeks. We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions by the director Jose Canto, not to warn guests in advance of the problems. There were only three members of staff on the premises who were unable to offer any of the facilities advertised. As……

“Das Hotel ist super alt, nichts ausgetauscht, nur die Bilder des Lobbys sind erneuert, in dem Zimmer Flair der Sechzigerjahre. Eher schmutzig, Haare von Vorgänger auf dem Boden.”

“Excellent location. Staff service was average. Hotel is in great shape and nice accommodation ”

“Everything was excellent, service and installation, but the worst part was arriving and finding that the pool was not operational, and there was only an option for a spa, obviously at an extra cost. It should have been mentioned that the pool would not be in operation; that disappointed me!”

“Tanto las almohadas como el colchón, dejan que desear. Teniendo el cuenta el tamaño del dormitorio se agradecería una cama más amplia. Muy ruidoso y limpieza “justita” Paredes y lámparas con telarañas.”

“It needs to be clearer on your site, before booking, that parking is such a distance away. We are an older couple traveling with a cat and the walk to the hotel was substantial when carrying a cat travel box and litter tray plus your own overnight bags. My husband has COPD and I have a wonky leg so it was a trial for both of us Having said all this hotel was in a lively square with plenty of options for our evening meal and a recovery drink or two. The young lady on reception was very helpful……

“¡Cargos adicionales! 25 euros por una hora en la sauna o el spa. Y lamentablemente, el aire acondicionado de la habitación suena como un avión despegando y no se puede apagar. No es lo mejor.”

“Hôtel confortable avec chambre spacieuse, nous avions une vue piscine. Service à l’accueil inexistant, petit déjeuner industriel (à fuir) si possible. Nous avons pris egalement un dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel, la nourriture est industrielle et de mauvaise qualite, les serveurs sont lents et pensent à jouer sur leur téléphone. Spa (30 euros par personne) de bonne qualité. ”

“Ponia 3 estrellas en la pagina de expedia, cuando llegamos vimos que eran solo 2. no habia nadie en recepcion, a pesar de que hemos llegado sobre las 5 de la tarde. Una de las camas estaba rota. ”

“Andava tutto bene. Unica cosa deludente è la colazione che è poco curata nei dettagli. Manca un microonde per scaldarsi il latte, manca il burro, il prosciutto è tagliato cosi spesso che no si può masticare. Insomma basterebbe poco, soprattutto se si pagano 136 euro a notte.”
