"Awesome place to stay. It was my first time in an all inclusive and will definitely be back. The staff everywhere is super friendly. The concierge personnel are extreme helpful with booking your dinners and giving you all the info for the activities happening in the area. Extremely grateful for ours-Derek. Everyone will make sure we had everything we needed. All staff will acknowledge you as you pass by them. We were able to go to 4 different a la carte restaurants, all delicious. Our favorite one was La Cantina, we enjoyed the show they have. Also Casa Alma, next to the beach. The breeze you will feel there, so calming. The bars! WOW! The bartenders will have your next drink ready without you asking for them. Bartender Jorge at La Prana pool 100%. Delicious Drinks! A highly recommended place to go as a couple or as a family with kids since they also have a lot of activities for them and a pool playground. The spa. The hydrotherapy. Everything. Go for several days in order to be able to enjoy everything they have to offer. Don’t miss the shows, every night it’s a different one. "It was a large and beautiful property. Everything is perfect about this resort. The seaweed is very bad right now. So the beach is not too enjoyable. The landscaping is very nice! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The food was just okay. It’s pretty much the same stuff everyday with no flavor. But that’s at all resorts. The only thing we had issues with is the staff. No one seemed to be happy doing their job. You ask for something and they make faces, they act like you are bothering them. And, it wasn’t just one or two. It was at every meal we went to. And, we are tippers for everything. But the way they would respond, and have attitude. Made us not want to tip. So that’s definitely something mgmt needs to work on. The employees. I asked for two clean towels. The woman smacked her teeth and basically threw them at me. But other than that. Everything was great!"

"This property is a medium sized property not too big or too small. It was clean, modern since it was only built in 2022. If you like cleanliness, this is the place for you. The food was good and the restaurants were even better. Geisha was a buffet Asian style restaurant with lots of choices. Milan Italian restaurant with buffet appetizers and then Al la carts menu items. kuliminum was fancy with Al carts options and the steak house restaurant was outdoor/ indoor setting which can be hot depending on temperature outside, but has ceiling fans. Dinner was good. The main Buffett restaurant offered lots of choices for breakfast lunch and dinner. I loved the entertainment they provided and the themed nights. The hotel has a night club which was awesome. This hotel is on the beach so an easy walk from your room. The customer service was awesome. They catered to your needs every need. The Riu themed parties are the best. They are not directly on this hotel ls site, but they shuttle you to attend at RIU caribe. Make sure to sign up for the Riu parties when you arrive so that you have free transportation. Overall a great hotel and location for the price. I would do it again. "

"I have absolutely no complains about our stay. Our room was big and beautiful, the beds were very comfy, the food was very tasty and very plentiful, high quality ingredients. The service was just exceptional! A big heartful thank you to the staff, who work hard day and night to make guests feel special and welcome! "This is a property worth revisiting. We came same time last year, last week of July. Had such a wonderful time we came back this year. The staff is so accommodating and sincere. The property is serene, relaxing, and easy to navigate. The food is divine and delicious and the beaches are beautiful."

"There was a lot of variety in terms of food however the quality was hit and miss. For example the Teppanyaki at Himitsu was excellent but the regular Asian cuisine was not prepared to traditional standards. The Pad Thai was a plate of flat rice noodles with Teriyaki sauce, the gyoza was pulled sweet pork, and the ramen was broth was sweet and a small bowl like an appetizer. We had a similar experience at Portofino, the Italian restaurant. The first time we went it was fantastic and the second time not so much."

"Huge property. Lots of walking. Buffet at the Palace was excellent. Restaurants were a nice change. Snorkeling/swimming with turtles was the highlight. Activities staff were awesome. A dedicated coffee shop and area for quick snacks would be a good addition. "
