This hotel was great, very relaxing and zen. The location was perfect, not too close to the downtown, but easy 15 mins walk. Staff was very attentive and catering.

I can’t say enough good things about Naay Boutique Hotel in Punta Cocos, Holbox. The food was incredible, but the staff were truly what made this place unforgettable. Reyna and Isaac at the front desk were phenomenal, they helped us plan amazing tours, gave us insider tips about the island, and even helped us get the best golf cart rental. Olga and Antonio in food and beverage made every meal feel like something special. Their kindness and attention to detail made a huge impression on us. I wish I could remember the name of the security guard, because he went above and beyond, making sure we had packed lunches ready overnight for early morning excursions and even our long trip back to Cancún. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and the pool is just chef’s kiss. I honestly don’t want to stay anywhere else, Naay has completely raised the bar. I miss it already.

The staf was wonderful, our room (the second one) was fine, the food for the most part was very good. The resort and pools were clean and the rooms well appointed. The sargassum was horrendous. The smell was overwhelming and forced us to change rooms. The resort does their best to control it, but they’re fighting a losing battle, as is most of the coast.

We really enjoyed the property and amenities. I know it's out of their control but we wish we could have used the beach. They could be a little more responsive with requests for additional towels. Overall we thought the property was really nice and we would stay there again.

Stunning! The restaurants. The facilities. The staff, everything is top tier. Cannot recommend Live Aqua enough.
