"My experience - First, When we checked in the administrator (Marco) was acting like he was in a rush, he told us the room he was going to give us was the smallest one as it was the one we paid for (we did not know it was the smallest), not like the one advertised. Second, not hot water until the following day, we sent him a txt message during the night and he never replied back until the cleaning lady showed up the next day. third, all rooms in the house have a lock (very bad appearance), even...

"Property needs lots of work! Kitchen tap kept falling off, towel rails loose in both bathrooms, leaking walls when raining. Needs a good clean and better pillows. Nothing supplied ie no salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea or coffee. Not even a tea towel supplied to dry the dishes with. Far from town so need to taxi if you don’t have your own car. Cost was generally around MXN70-100 each way. No good restaurants or bars nearby. Would not stay here again."

"We had a great time at the Mayan Breeze Villa. We had 14 family members staying, 6 were kids 14 and under and they had a great time in the pool. It was a great pool for our family. The inside was big and spacious, very comfortable. "
