"Room was kept very clean throughout our week stay. Lots of shops including restaurants within a 5 minute walk. An amazing looking steak restaurant attached to the hotel but as we had our fussy-eater 8 year old with us it would’ve been wasted on her. "

"Room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean apart from a few stains in bathroom sink. This hotel was perfect for a quick stay and not spending much time in the room. I was slightly worried after reading some of the negative reviews but I don’t think you can go there expecting the Four Seasons. I was cery pleasantly surprised. "

"Top notch swimming pool and playground at this fun family friendly resort. Yes everyone here is going to Disney but it is really well set up for families. Included buffet breakfast is good and La Vallée Village nearby has lots of dining options. Note parking is extra at €17 per day and best to pay at the reception."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable. We had an early departure and needed to leave before 7 AM, and to our surprise, they kindly opened the breakfast area half an hour earlier just for us—even though they didn’t have to. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Highly recommended!"

"My overall stay was excellent. For the location of the hotel it was perfect for my staff. Staff were excellent all in all except during my late night check in, it wasnt a very welcoming and I had to wait after the check in process started because one of the staff who apparently was under training (which would have helped if they told me) left me to go help someone else. They were very polite I must say. A tip would be to let the customers know they are under training in order to help them as well. The hotel is very nice, quiet and clean, although the carpet needs a bit more cleaning.. the blackouts were perfect for the large windows, bed is very comfortable. I would recommend staying in this hotel. Safe area helps as well! The cleaning staff did a very good job! All in all an exceptional hotel in Paris! Well done"

"Wonderful overnight stay before moving to disney property. Gorgeous hotel, large and clean room with comfy bed and fantastic pool view! The swimming pools were great, although very cold! Shuttle service tsking uou to Val d'Europe shopping centre. Excellent location for getting to disney. Would stay again. "

"Love the ease of the hotel to the Park. The Marvel theme was fabulous. The hotel was very modern and luxurious. Daughter loved seeing all her favorite Marvel characters. Her stay in France was phenomenal "

"Fabulous stay at the Residhome Val D’Europe. We booked because I had stayed in Val D’Europe before but the area has grown massively over the last few years and is an even better location now. We had a 6 person suite for 5 of us including 2 pre teen children. Rooms were small and could stand to be a bit bigger but they were only a base for our travels. Kitchenette had kettle, fridge and microwave. All cutlery, dishes and utensils that you would need. The RER station next door is the big convenience. €2.50 one way to either Disneyland or central Paris - amazing value. We had 2 trips to Disneyland, 2 to Disney Village and 3 trips to Paris. Hotel has laundry facilities, bar area, pool table and an outdoor table tennis table. You can get a fantastic buffet style breakfast every morning. Staff were all very pleasant. Would highly recommend. "

"we had a lovely stay at this hotel. we stayed for two nights while we had a disneyland paris trip, the hotel is very conveniently located and we found it very easy to get to disney from here. the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, they all made us feel really welcome and although we had no concerns - they made us feel safe to express them if we had any. the room is very clean, the beds are very comfortable especially after a long day on your feet, it comes with coffee facilities which although we didn’t use could be very useful to others. also located near the lift was a water fountain which dispensed normal temperature water and very cold water which was very refreshing. we will definitely be using this hotel from now on for our frequent trips. "We absolutely loved this hotel, the room was really clean, the shower was lovely we were so chuffed that there was a fridge as it was 38 degrees, also a stove and microwave.the rooms were quiet,the hotel provided us with fans. 30 min walk to Disney 5minute walk to the local shopping centre at Val D Europe. We worked out the r & r was a 5 minute walk so did that a couple of times. The staff were really friendly let us store our luggage until departure. A very beautiful hidden gem ."
