“The location is great very convenient close to the train station , tram and Sydney road. The property was very clean and tidy. The communication with the hotel staff was on point and very efficient they were all so helpful. However, they lost a few stars based on the hardness of the bed. It was not comfortable. Also before booking the property we weren’t aware there was a bond. We found out afterwards. Plus they don’t release the bond straight away. It can take up to a week to get it back so……

“The home is a great location for public transported, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants, etc. I used the front and back house. The front house is a little dated. The windows and doors are old and have character, but some of the doors and windows do not seal properly which causes insects to get into the house. Also the carpet inside the front house has stains throughout the house and the carpet needs to be replaced.The back property is newer and in better condition, but there are locks on the……

“We had a wonderful 5 week stay here in Brunswick, and the hosts were excellent and thoughtful.Best things - the hosts are really kind and communicative (quick to respond to messages and quick to address any questions or needs). They left us a Christmas tree so we could have one for our 3 year old, and bought her a gift to put under the tree! So nice!The location was great, a 2 minute walk to a 15/20 minute tram ride on a frequent tram into the city, and you go past the zoo! A supermarket, cafe……
