“Grounds and gardens are beautiful. Staff in general very polite and helpful. However, rooms are old and tired - desperately need refurbishment. Restaurant service is mixed. We were a party of 8 - our alleged server kept disappearing and never came toi the table unless we asked someone to find her. We had to ask 3 or 4 times for water. It was buffet lunch and they gave me dirty look when I didn't add a tip. Why should I - they didn't do anything.”

“The gym equipment was outdated and some machines don't work. The hot water was not working on the shower also the bathroom in our room has a sewage smell. The restaurant have lower options of dishes to eat every day.”

“Buenas instalaciones, amplios y bonitos jardines, si regresaría nuevamente.”
