“The hotel facility and all of waiter is super friendly and awesome great but the employee in souvenir store looks angry and impatience when we buy the plate of spoon. Also meet the problem when our friend want to enter the entrance to pick up us. ”

“I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful I just had to share it. Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their warmth made such a difference and really made us feel welcome. The food was amazing — we tried teppanyaki, French dishes, and everything tasted great. The restaurants were beautiful, and the cocktails at the pool bar were unforgettable. I’m not even a big drinker, but every drink was delicious! Our room was cleaned twice a day, and the staff……

“Great staff, food was great, room was perfect fit. There was tons of wild life on the resort! Lots of activities and things to explore on the resort. Never a huge line up for anything. Great jungle vibes! The map is deceiving gives you the impression everything is far away but only take 5mins to walk from one end to the other. ”
