"I had the most amazing three night stay at The New Yorker! From the moment I checked in, I knew I had chosen the right hotel. Samira was the most cordial greeter, with a beautiful, welcoming laugh and smile. She checked me in promptly, and even gave me access to my room 4 hours early. The room itself was perfect! I had booked a room with a city metro view and 2 double beds. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and serviced the room every day. The entire lobby staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I had to check out early in the morning (4am), and Sharif was nothing but all smiles and quite bubbly. I would absolutely stay at The New Yorker again. In fact, I very much look forward to it! "
