“Loved the facilities at this hotel and the onsite bar was pretty decent quality. Check in experience could be improved as despite 3 staff on the desk, self check-in was preferred and the free parking option we purchased was not clear how to redeem.”

“We found the room very nice and clean, although a little tired. The bar staff were friendly and helpful.
We paid extra for breakfast to be included but regretted this decision as the breakfast provided was quite limited. Being vegan I could only eat dry toast with baked beans as there was no dairy alternative spread available (I did ask) They did offer non dairy milk, however the coffee from the machine was not drinkable.”

Very poor lighting in the room and...
