"I booked this place because I thought my son would like it but I ended up enjoying it too. The property itself is a basic three star older hotel. Rooms are small and simple and beds are not very comfortable especially if you don't like firm beds. But it was very clean and I actually like having a bathtub. "A nice quiet location by the train station with local bus service to Assisi. The room was very clean and peaceful environment. The onsite restaurant is pretty good and the server is top notch (he seems to run both dinner and breakfast!). The wifi reception in my room was particularly bad and the staff wouldn't acknowledge that there would be any issue. But it's fast enough in the common area so that got me by."

They have a paper at the back of the room door which says that we have ti pay 10 euro if we need the sheets and towels changed but in their web description, it says that towels and sheets are changed every 2 days. They didn’t clean the room as well and it took the 4th day pit of our 5 day stay that they “clean” but the sheets weren’t changed at all.
