“A notre arrivé (20h), tout le personnel était accoudé au bar en nous regardant comme des animaux
L'hôtel était au courant de notre heure d'arrivé (j'ai téléphoné 2h avant) et personne n'a fait l'effort d'aller allumer le chauffage dans la chambre, il faisait 14°C dedans (il a fallu toute la nuit pour réchauffer la chambre avec le mini grille pain)
La chambre "supérieure" était une grosse déception, nous pensions être dans le bâtiment principal charmant mais non nous sommes dans une mini maison……

“I booked inclusive of breakfast and when it came to pay he said that it was not inclusive and that I had to contact you after paying the extra. I disagreed and told him to contact you and that I would pay the 70 euros agreed. He refused became very agressive and threatened me , and then said he would call the police whixh I agreed to . I said again that I would pay the 70 euros which again he refused so I said I would therefore pay nothing so left without paying. It was a very traumatic……
