“Really enjoyed our 2-night stay although, going to the rugby at Twickenham meant we didn’t spend a huge amount of time at the hotel. However, our experience of the hotel was fantastic - lovely room, superb friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. As it is ultimately a Victorian hotel, it is a little tired and the walls are thin, but none of this cast any sort of shadow on our stay. Would highly recommend, every member of staff couldn’t do enough to help.”

“Outstanding hotel, highly recommend. Excellent friendly staff made us feel very welcome. We got a basic double room which was small but efficient. It did have small bedside tables on each side of the bed and a small desk with chair. Nice little nook held the coffee and tea service. Shower pressure was great, linens were high quality, bed was comfortable. We did have drinks in the bar/seating area after returning from dinner and had a lovely visit with the front desk staff. Lots of dining options……
