“Beautifully decorated hotel with charming helpful staff. Good location apart from road noise from the junction. The bed was comfortable but some details were lacking such as no non slip bath mat & the tea/ coffee/ milk not restocked on our arrival. Our room seemed to have alot of flies for some reason despite the window being closed.The buffet breakfast was adequate but a little uninspiring. If we had stayed longer than one night we would have raised these issues with staff. Overall, a nice……

“Booked two rooms for me and a colleague for a three night business trip. Arrived and was told we only had one room, had to show proof two rooms booked. Everything in the room was dirty / grimy / sticky, there was a layer of dust on every surface, rubbish on the floor, rubbish in the tea bag pot. The television remote control was disgusting, completely gunged up with grime. The carpet was very dirty around the edges - dust and rubbish, skirtings had a thick layer of dirt and dust. “Just one thing want to be aware of they have a carpark on their website indication. but actually they hasn't included free carpark - If you traveling by car, please search the car park nearby hotel, they would suggest you could park on the street parking nearest hotel. but that is not free and not easy to find. Another thing need to be addressed is the check out time is wrong on their website. It is 11am need to be returned the room, however in the website is indicates the check out time is……

“The hotel is nearby the West Ealing station, which can head to the airport directly within 30 minuets. The staffs are good. There is a outdoor restaurant inside the hotel, which looks great but we did not try it yet. Overall, it is a good stay.”
