“The escape was as peaceful and relaxing as advertised. The rooms were very private, and we loved the en-suite pool. Since the property is quite secluded, it’s ideal for couples looking to unwind rather than for those seeking nightlife or lots of activities. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and they can help arrange tours and excursions for you. We rented a car and enjoyed exploring Antigua on our own as well. Bring bug repellent, especially for the evenings. The food was excellent.……

“This property is extremely dated had terribly maintained. The customer service was shocking with much of the staff surprisingly hostile to guests and just not interested. The attitudes were simply unacceptable for any industry never mind the hospitality industry. The staff need better support and training in hospitality. “The location was perfect and the property was really beautiful. The rooms were comfortable (beds) and I actually loved the our room did not have a tv so we spent more time out on the property. The snorkeling at the resort is really good...a lot of different fish. The outdoor pool area is very nice but he pool was a bit dirty (sand and leaves on the floor of the pool) after the first day of our trip. I enjoyed that this was an all inclusive resort but the food options were limited. The buffet……
